I am adaptable and happy to talk with the very young or the kind of young.

I try to adapt any talk to the size and age of my audience, what I am currently working on or a great poem I wish I wrote.

With older children I put more emphasis on the process of writing a book. Tracing a book back to its flash (or germ) of a good idea. I talk about the process of building and refining a project until someone is willing to fly it to China and print up hundreds and thousands of hard bound books.
I have different visuals that show the process of writing, and making a book.

My fee ranges from $free to $1,200.

Age groups are preschool through third grade.
